RPSC ACF Exam Pattern:

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) and Forest Range Officer (FRO). The state government has announced a total of 204 vacancies. The RPSC ACF exam pattern comes to the aid of candidates in the preparation of the exam.

Here are the details of the RPSC ACF exam pattern:

Date of start of registration of application: 4th February 2020

Last date to submit completed application: 23rd February 2020

The RPSC ACF exam comprises of 2 stages which include the following:

  • Written examination
  • Personality test/ viva-voce exam

Eligibility criteria:

  • The candidate must be at least 18 years of age and must not exceed 40 years as on 1st January 2019.
  • Age relaxation are as per guidelines laid down by the state government for various categories.
  • The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Forestry/ Agriculture.
  • In case a candidate has completed graduation with any of the following subjects are also eligible for the vacancy of ACF and FRO:
  • Animal husbandry & Veterinary science
  • Botany
  • Chemistry
  • Computer application/Science
  • Environmental Science
  • Horticulture
  • Geology
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Statistics
  • Zoology

RPSC ACF exam pattern:

  • The RPSC exam is both an online computer-based and an offline pen and paper-based examination.
  • The exam comprises of MCQ (multiple choice objective questions).
  • The medium of the exam is Hindi and English.
  • The exam consists of a total 4 papers.
  • The total weightage of the exam is for 600 marks.
  • The duration of the exam is 3 hours or 180 minutes for each paper.
