The capital of India, New Delhi, is not only famous for the political reason, but also for its historic beauty. Like the Lodi gardens are a reminder of the Lodi dynasty, the Qutub Minar complex takes you back to the reign of Qutab I-din Aibak and Chandni Chowk is famous for its street food while India Gate is a famous war memorial you will see on several travel postcards from Delhi. Apart from his historic beauty,  there are many places to visit in Delhi NCR  for the youngsters to hang and chill.

It is really hard to choose one best place of Delhi as the city is famous for providing exactly what the tourist or the traveller, for that matter, looking for. Delhi’s beauty lies in the Chandni Chowk area which is close to the Jama Masjid with the old bazaars filled with huge number of people clamouring and twittering to purchase things at the least expensive rate that is possible. Delhi is also famous for its Street food, shopping malls, thrifty shopping places, religious places, theatre. Its hard to list some places but still we have tried to shortlist the places according to the tourist ratings.

  • Huaz khas village

This place is well known in medieval times, the Hauz Khas village has some amazing buildings that are built around the reservoir. There are remnants of Islamic architecture roughly coloured and painted by the people of the city to make it look pretty and a part of urban culture. This great monument was an official seat of the Mughal emperor from the year 1648 onwards. It was the official seat when the 5th Mughal emperor, shah jahan decided to shift the capital from Agra to Delhi. Red fort is constructed with red sand stone. Jama masjid was built on the order of the Mughal emperor, shah jahan in the 17th century. This beautiful mosque has three huge gates which are standing since 1656. The structure is made with red sand stone and white marbles. Jama masjid has a capacity of 25, 000 people at one time. If you wish to travel the city, then this place is a must to visit.

This place is the heart of the city. Popularly known as CP, has one of the largest national flags in the country. the place has two concentric circle known as the inner circle and the outer circle. the inner circle has blocks from A to F and the outer circle has blocks from G to N. The Connaught Place is also the ultimate place to experience the vibrant nightlife of Delhi as it has some of the most famous bars and restaurants. Connaught place is one of the most popular destination after dark. Being one of the top heritages of the city, your trip to Delhi is incomplete without a visit to the Connaught place.
