  • Chittorgarh Fort: One of the largest forts in the country, chittorgarh fort is a world heritage site. The fort has many beautiful palaces, a huge water reservoir, temples, royal cremation ground, cenotaphs, Kirti stamp and Vijay stambh and 7 distinct watchtowers with a majestic view. Chittorgarh fort is about 115 km from the city of Udaipur.

  • Ranakpur Village: The small hamlet of Ranakpur has the most gorgeous Jain temples. The village houses the biggest Jain temple complex in the country. It is dedicated to the first Tirthankar who founded Jainism. The complex has 29 halls, 1444 engraved pillars and 80 domes with intricate carvings. The village takes about 2 hours to reach from Udaipur.

  • Dhebar Lake: Also known as the Jaisamand Lake, it is the 2nd largest artificial lake in Asia. The lake is located 75 km away from Udaipur and offers the most mesmerizing views.
  • Haldighati: A place that holds historical significance in the history of India, Haldighati was witness to the many battles and most significantly the Battle of Haldighati. Fought between the valiant Maharana Pratap Singh and Akbar, Haldighati is a must visit. The place is about 50 km away from Udaipur.
  • Other places of interest include Nathdwara, Molela, Delwara, Mount Abu, Shri Eklingji Prabhu temple, Saas Bahu Temple, Lake Badi and many other small towns that fall in between.
