KVS PRT Exam Pattern:

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has released a notification regarding the recruitment of Primary Teachers (PRT’s) and other vacancies. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan conducts a recruitment exam for PRT’s. The KVS PRT exam pattern helps eligible candidates prepare for the exam in a methodical manner.

Here are the details of the KVS PRT exam pattern:

The candidates must apply online for the KVS PRT exam as soon as the portal opens for registration.

  • The selection procedure of the KVS PRT recruitment comprises of 2 stages. These include:
  • Written exam
  • Interview
  • The KVS PRT exam is an offline pen and paper based exam.
  • The exam consists of multiple choice objective questions.
  • The total duration of the exam is 2 ½ hours/ 150 minutes.
  • The weightage of the exam is 150 marks.
  • The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of merit secured in the written exam and the interview.
  • The ratio of weightage of the written exam and the interview is 85:15.
