The Jawaharlal Nehru University or JNU is an eminent seat of learning for higher education in the country. JNU has released a notification regarding JNU admissions 2020.

Here are the details of the JNU admission 2020:
JNU conducts a written entrance exam for admission to it’s undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This entrance is known as JNUEE or the Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam/ JNUET and is conducted for admission to various courses in different disciplines like humanities, science, law engineering, and others. The university conducts a separate JNU CEEB for admission to its biotechnology programs.
Date of start of application forms for admission to JNU: 2nd March 2020
The last date to submit the completed application for admission: 31st March 2020
Date of JNUET exam: 11th -14th May 2020
Mode of application: Online
Application fee: The candidates can pay the application fee online and offline as well. The online payment can be done through internet banking, credit/debit card. To pay the fee offline, an E-Challan has to be made from the bank. The application fee is non-refundable and varies as per the programs.

Eligibility criteria:
- The candidate must be an Indian national or a foreign national.
- The candidate must not be more than 17 years of age.
- The candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized board/ university for undergraduate courses.
- The candidate must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying exam for admission to BA Hons. program.
- The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized college/ university for a post-graduate program.
- The minimum percentage varies for each postgraduate program offered by JNU.

- The candidate must log in to the official website and fill in all the required details in the application form.
- The candidate must register himself and upload all the requisite documents, photo and signature.
- The application fee must be paid and the completed application should be submitted.
