JNU conducts admission to its various courses through the Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE) which is conducted by the National Testing Agency. Interested candidates have to appear for the JNUEE to gain admission to various streams like Law, Humanities, Science and Engineering. The CEEB or the Combined Entrance Examination for Biotechnology is mandatory for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the biotechnology stream.
Interested candidates can apply for three courses at the same level in one application form. In case a candidate submits more than one application for the same level, of course, it will be rejected. Interested candidates must submit a valid email ID and mobile number to get an update about the JNUEE. The application fee must be checked online and paid either online through debit/ credit/ net banking options. The application fee can also be paid through the E-bank challan.
Age criteria: To be eligible for JNU admission the candidate must be at least 17 years of age and not more.
Educational qualification for undergraduate courses requires the candidate to have passed class 12th from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks or as specified by the University.
