DSSSB PRT Syllabus:

To fill close to 778 vacancies, the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has started a recruitment drive for the posts of Primary Teachers and Nursery Teachers in Delhi Schools. In all, there are 637 assistant teacher primary vacancies and 141 assistant teacher nursery vacancies. The desirous candidates can apply on the official website dsssbonline.nic.in or dsssb.delhi.gov.in

The eligibility criteria for the post of assistant teacher primary is that the candidate should be 12th passed with a minimum of 50% marks with a 2-year diploma in elementary education. The selection procedure involves two tiers: The first includes a written examination with two sections. The 1st section includes questions on reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, Hindi, and general awareness. The 2nd section includes questions on the specialized subject chosen by the candidate. Once the candidate has cleared the 1st tier, he qualifies for the 2nd tier which has a slightly higher level of questions from the same topics as tier 1.
